They can have many similarities, but they are not exactly the same.  So if we take the time to communicate well during the initial interview your overall experience will be tremendously better.  

All massage times include setting up equipment, interview during setup, hands on time, and tear down. 

No hidden fees.  I do not charge trip fees, travel time, mileage or any other terminology.  The price you see listed for a service is the price you pay.

Pain Elimination Therapy

This unique completely clothed service is designed to help clients overcome PAIN in their bodies by using an array of modalities of massage that focus on helping to relieve pain for individual parts of the body. From your head (ex: headaches/migraines) all the way through the body down to your feet (ex: plantar fasciitis). Once the spot specific pain/injury has started to subside it is time to move into bodywork and stretching sessions to assist in the healing process.

Bodywork and Stretching

This wonderful service is a blend of different modalities of massage and stretching. While the client remains completely dressed the therapist assists the client in relieving pain, soreness, and range of motion issues.  Stretching is very important and can be used for many things to help clients.  Generally clients find increased flexibility, better muscle stamina, and less muscle fatigue after events, when they follow a proper stretching routine.
